DRSFA MEMBERSHIP
The Delaware River Shad Fishermen’s Association is a volunteer organization dedicated to the Delaware River and its tributaries. Its purpose is to encourage shad fishing, and to promote the well being of the Delaware River Watershed.
WE NEED YOUR MEMBERSHIP TO SUPPORT OUR EFFORTS TO:
INFORM you and the public through
- This web site
- Public membership meetings with prominent speakers
- Membership committee reports
MAINTAIN education projects
- Shad in Schools
- Sponsorship for students to Northampton County Junior Conservation School
PROVIDE continued monetary donations for conservation organizations which help to preserve, restore, and monitor the health of our watersheds.
WORK WITH other groups and agencies to achieve common ecological and sporting goals (PFSC, PFBC, Wildlands Conservancy, River Keeper, TU, and others).
ADMINISTRATE the activities of our club.
PROVIDE A VOICE for legislative actions and representation.
IMPROVE OUR ORGANIZATION
